Bournemouth Municipal College of Art Former Students’ Association Our members were students at Bournemouth in the 1950's and earlier, though students from later years are welcome. The £7 membership fee covers admin costs and publication of the "Clocktower" newsletter three times a year. This also enables members who can't attend regularly to keep in touch. We currently have members in France, USA, Canada, Australia and Japan. Our founder, the late Peter Davies, organised the first reunion in 1996, and there have been a dozen more reunions in Bournemouth since then. Peter Taylor has carried on since Peter Davies's death in 2000 but would now like to hand over the responsibility to someone else. Any offers? Reunions have been temporarily discontinued as Peter Taylor was finding it increasingly difficult to manage them from 250 miles away. We are still looking for a locally-based person to take this job on. We have also compiled an archive of photographs, student work, recent work by members, reminiscences and memorabilia.
